The VirusLock device is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from date of purchase.
If within this period you are dissatisfied with our product for any reason please contact us for a Returned Goods Authorization. We will ask you whether to repair, replace, or refund your full ticket amount!
Then return the product in its original packaging with the RGA number marked on outside of package. This policy allows you to try the VirusLock at no risk if you are dissatisfied for any reason.
We ship by US Postal Service Priority Mail, flat rate within the continental United States. For destinations outside the USA, or to pay by business or personal check, or for volume purchase discounts, please contact us.
